Previous years relied on static booth assets and no pre-conference video content. The goal for NRF 2025 was modest — move from 27 booked meetings to 30. A small, safe step in a new creative direction.
Outcome
We built a three-part video strategy:
A pre-show series of 8 vertical testimonial clips and two "Data Wrapped" recap videos deployed on social to stay top of mind before the floor opened
A high-fidelity silent booth loop designed specifically to interrupt attention in a noisy expo hall
Trust-building content highlighting key metrics and recognizable brand names to convert stopped attendees into booked meetings.
Every CTA pointed to one thing — book a meeting at NRF 2025. The result: 43 meetings booked against a goal of 30 and a previous year's 27. That's a 59% increase year over year.
