Static ads had hit a ceiling. The creative wasn't converting at the ROI the business needed, and there was no internal capability to produce motion assets. They needed a partner who could take existing concepts and build something that would actually perform in-feed.
Outcome
We developed a set of motion ads — more conceptual and value-led than the static assets they replaced. The new creative was A/B/C tested directly against the original, with the motion asset with voiceover performing highest across all variants.
The result: a 21% increase in click-through rate.
