Most product update content goes unwatched. Teams ship features, send an email, post a changelog — and engagement flatlines. For Shortcut, that meant real product work wasn't translating into real user behaviour. Features were being built. They weren't being used.
Outcome
We produced a series of short product videos tied directly to Shortcut's feature launches, designed to show users the value of each update in under 60 seconds.
The results were measurable: average engagement rate on onboarding content increased by 26% across the series.
