Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026 · Rad Creative / radcreative.work
The short version: Rad Saver stores your saved post data locally in your own browser — it is never sent to us or any third party. The only data that ever leaves your browser is feedback you choose to submit via the optional feedback form, which is sent to us via EmailJS.
1. Who we are
Rad Saver is a Chrome extension created by Rad Creative (radcreative.work). You can contact us at mgmt@radcreative.work.
2. What data the extension accesses
When you navigate to linkedin.com/my-items/saved-posts, Rad Saver reads the following information from the page content that is already visible to you in your browser:
Post text and author names
Author headline and profile photo URLs (from LinkedIn's CDN)
Thumbnail image URLs (from LinkedIn's CDN)
Post URLs and relative timestamps
The extension does not access any other LinkedIn pages, your messages, your connections list, your profile settings, or any other data.
3. Where your data is stored
All captured post data is stored exclusively in chrome.storage.local — a storage area that lives entirely within your browser on your device. This data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly export it yourself using the CSV export feature.
Any tags, notes, and organisational data you create in the board are also stored in chrome.storage.local on your device only.
4. Data we do not collect
Rad Saver does not collect, transmit, or store your saved post data on any external servers. The one exception is feedback you voluntarily submit via the in-board feedback form — that message is sent to us via EmailJS so we can respond. Specifically, we do not collect:
No analytics or usage tracking
No crash reporting
No personal identifiers from your LinkedIn activity
No IP addresses
No cookies set by us
No saved post data shared with third parties
We have no server infrastructure that receives your LinkedIn saved post data.
5. Permissions used and why
storage — to save your captured posts and board data locally in your browser
activeTab — to read the content of your LinkedIn saved posts page when you visit it
tabs — to open the board page and LinkedIn links from the extension popup
windows — to open video posts in a small popup window
host permission: linkedin.com — to allow the content script to run on your LinkedIn saved posts page only
6. Third-party services
Rad Saver uses the following third-party services:
Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com on the board and onboarding pages for typography. No post data is included in font requests. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
LinkedIn CDN — thumbnail images are loaded directly from media.licdn.com. These are the same URLs LinkedIn uses to display images in your browser normally.
EmailJS — when you choose to submit feedback via the in-board feedback form, your message and optional email address are sent to api.emailjs.com and delivered to mgmt@radcreative.work. No LinkedIn post data, tags, notes, or browsing history is included. Submission is entirely voluntary. Subject to EmailJS's Privacy Policy.
7. Data deletion
You can delete all stored data at any time by clicking Clear All Saves in the extension popup or on the board. Uninstalling the extension from your browser also removes all locally stored data.
8. Children's privacy
Rad Saver is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
